The room rate includes service charge, and it is in RMB.

The room reservation guaranteed upon receiving your booking before August 20, 2008. One night deposit or all room cost will be charged by on-line registration system before the Congress.
3. For those who intend to share rooms, please write down your roommate's name via the On-line Reservation system.
4. If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, one-night room rent will be charged.
5.
A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CICCST before August 20, 2008 upon receiving your deposit or all room cost. No reservation will be guaranteed after this date or without the deposit. Any Change of the booking requested before Sept. 30, 2008.
