Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 5th World Congress for Psychotherapy (WCP2008), which will take place in Beijing, October 12-15, 2008. The Congress will invite internationally renowned psychotherapists as Keynote Speakers and State-of-the-Art Lecturers, representing different fields of psychotherapy, counseling, and related disciplines. We also plan to have a large number of workshops, invited symposia, thematic oral sessions, poster sessions as well as the exhibition.

China is a fast developing country, with both ancient cultural heritages and modern achievements. Beijing is especially noted for its many historical sites, such as the Great Wall and Imperial Palace. The Congress venue is National Olympic Sports Center. 

Your participation is highly welcomed. Several thousands participants will have their meeting at the same venue of the exhibition. For the publishers and medical companies, it will be a very good chance to show your products and achievements.

Costs and Benefits of Exhibitors

* Exhibit space will be assigned to exhibitors on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the completed Application Forms and payments. The Application Form with the payment should be received no later than Sep. 20, 2008. Confirmation will be sent to applicants by email within 3 days after receipt of full exhibition fee.

Exhibitors will be provided with ready-to-display facilities including:
One complimentary registration (only from 2mX2m up)
Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
Side and back walls
Carpeting
One desk and two chairs
Booth cleaning
One electricity socket: 5 Amp/220V
Basic lighting (2 lamps)
Basic security service

Exhibition Payment
The Application Form should be submitted with appropriate payment, which must be payable to CICCST by the following methods:

1. Credit card
Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be increased by 3% for bank charges.
