Congress Venue and Date

Venue: National Olympic Sports Center (NOSC) is located at the south of Asian Games Village and Beisihuan Road, 30 minutes driving from Beijing Capital International Airport and 30 minutes to the downtown area.

Meeting Halls/Rooms in the Stadium (Tiyuguan) and the Training Gymnasium (Xunlianguan)

REGISTRATION DESK

Registration Time

* Registration Hall is divided into 3 Counters: Advanced Registration, On-site Registration, Tour and Ticket Service, Scientific Information/PPT. Collection Room and Congress Kit Pick-Up.

1. ADVANCED REGISTRATION

Participants who have submitted registration forms, paid registration fee and have been confirmed by the WCP2008 Secretariat register at this counter.

Firstly, please tell the staff at the counter your registration number and get an envelope with the following items inside: Name badge, Congress Kit Pick-Up Ticket, Receipt of payment, Congress Lunch/Dinner Ticket (choose one out of eight meals, Oct. 12-15), Coffee/Tea Break Ticket and Checking List.

* Participant's registration fee covers: Opening Ceremony and All Sessions, Exhibition, Congress Kit, Congress Lunch/Dinner (choose one out of eight meals) and Coffee Breaks.

Accompany person’s registration fee covers: Opening Ceremony, Congress Lunch/Dinner (Choose one out of eight meals, Oct. 12-15) and Exhibition

Secondly, please check and sign your name,your room number and hotel name on the Checking List

Then, please go to Congress Kit Pick-Up Counter with the ticket.

2. ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Please register at the Counter under the circumstance as follows:

1. Participants who have not been confirmed by the WCP2008 Secretariat, but submitted registration form before the congress.

2. Participants who have not paid registration fee, but already submitted registration forms.

3. Participants who register on- site.

Firstly, please pay the registration fee by cash or credit card (Visa, Master, American Express). Personal checks and Traveler’s checks are Not Accepted at the Registration Counter.

Secondly, please get your Name badge, Receipt of Payment, Congress Kit Pick-Up Ticket, Congress Lunch/Dinner Ticket (choose one out of eight meals, Oct. 12-15) and Coffee/Tea Break Ticket

Then, please go to Congress Kit Pick-Up Counter with the ticket.

3. CONGRESS KIT PICK-UP

You can get Final Program, Abstract CD, Document Bag and some companies' leaflets with the Congress Kit Pick-Up Ticket.

4. TOUR AND TICKETS SERVICE

If you have paid for Pre-/PT tours or you intend to join the Local Tour, please go to the counter of Tour and Tickets Service.

1) Please re-confirm your PT Tour and tell the staff your hotel and room number meanwhile.

2) Please buy the Local Tour Tickets before 16:00 Oct. 14, 2008.

3) Here is also the place for purchasing the Congress Lunch/Dinner Ticket (choose one out of eight meals, Oct. 12-15). The prices are as follows:

Congress Lunch/Congress Dinner: RMB180/per person
