Postdoctoral participants are regarded as regular participants.

Student participants must be full-time students enrolled in universities or equivalent institutions. Student registration must be accompanied with a copy of student identification card or a letter of verification from a department chairperson or faculty/research advisor and sent to CICCST/Ms. Shuang Yang by e-mail or fax (+86-10-62174126).

In China, only RMB is used. So, in the payment process, you will find equivalent RMB amount. The exchange rate of registration fee is 6.7.

Confirmation
Your registration and hotel booking will be confirmed by Shuang Yang in writing upon receipt of your on-line registration and payments. Please present the confirmation letter to the Registration Desk upon arrival.
Registration Desk
All participants are asked to register at the Symposium Registration Desk, which will be located in the lobby of Xi’hua hotel from July 11, 2011 to July 15, 2011.
The onsite registration will be open on July. 11th from 9:00 AM- 21:00 PM. It will be open on July. 12th to 14th from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; and July 15th from 8:30 AM - 15:00 PM.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be received in written request to the General Assembly Office. Cancellations received prior to June 3, 2011 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $50.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. No refunds will be made for non-attendance.
