Hotel Reservations
The Organizing Committee has secured accommodation for participants at advantageous rates in Beijing Xihua Commercial Hotel which is a four star hotel with multifunction including guestrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant, entertainment and fitness center.

Notes

1. The room rate includes taxes and service charge. Single occupancy includes one breakfast, double occupancy includes two. The size of one bed room is 1.8m*2m.
2. The room rate includes service charge in RMB.
3. The reservation must be made before May 15, 2011 with a deposit of one night room cost. No reservation will be guaranteed after this date or without the deposit.
4. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself.
5. If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, one-night room rent will be charged.
6. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
7. Any Change of the booking must be requested before June 3, 2011.

Payment for Registration and hotel reservation
Registration should be accompanied by the appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable to CICCST by the following ways:

A. Payment in Advance
1. Credit Card:
Only MasterCard, Visa, and American Express will be accepted. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.
Note: 3% of the bank charges will be borne by the participant.

B. Payment On-site
Cash and credit cards (Master, Visa, and American Express) are acceptable.

Notes
1. In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt together with your Registration Form.
2. No personal checks can be accepted for the payments.
3. All bank charges will be borne by the participant.

Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellations must be received by written request to Ms Shuang Yang/CICCST. The refund policy is given below:

* No refunds will be made for non-attendance. Refund will be processed after the conference.
