Since Chinese RMB is not internationally exchangeable, except for credit card payment, you may remit the money in US dollars at 1 US Dollar = 7.6 Chinese yuan. The money will be turned to Chinese yuan upon receipt and we will refund the overpayment or demand a supplemental at the registration desk.

The Registration Form should be returned to China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST) before September 15, 2007 with appropriate payment in the following ways:

Notes

1. In order to avoid any trouble in money transfer, please do send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt together with your Registration Form.
2. No personal check is acceptable for the payments in advance.
3. All bank charges will be borne by the participant.

C. Cancellation and Refund

Any change or cancellation must be notified in writing to CICCST. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the Conference. The refund policy is given below:
