Room Rates of the Hotel and Reservation

Four categories of hotel rooms with discount rates have been negotiated with the Hotel for the Conference participants to make choices. The rates are per room per night, including breakfast for one person (i.e. in the case of an accompanying person of the participant, he/she need not to pay for the room but should pay for his/her breakfast). Participants staying at the hotel will also be offered lunch coupons for the three days of the Conference as special arrangement with the Hotel. (Note: the accompanying persons can purchase the lunch coupons if they like.) A one-night deposit is required for reservation, which is RMB1400 for one room in Building 1 and RMB800 for one room in other buildings. All reservations should be made on-line or on the registration form and sent to China International Conference Center for Science and Technology before Sept.15, 2007. Late reservation can not be guaranteed.

Note: All room rates are valid for standard room per night with single breakfast and one lunch.
