The registration fee for participants includes one set of the symposium proceedings, attendance to the scientific program and welcome reception, banquet and entertainment program, as well as working lunches.

How to Register
Doanload a registration form, fill out and email to register@sino-meetings.com. (The form will be available in mid July.)
How to Pay
The following three methods of payment are acceptable:

Please do write "ISFMFE" and the participant's name in the place of "Message". The transfer should be made before November 10, 2008. - Bank Draft: Please make it payable to: CICCST and mail to: Mr. Liu Feng, CICCST/ISFMFE, 86 Xueyuan Nan Road, Beijing 100081, China. The draft should be received before September 30, 2008.

Cancellation Policy
Please send a fax to +86-10-6894 9229 attention Mr. Liu Feng for all cancellations.
Cancellation of Registration: US$100.00 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received before October 31, 2008. No requests for refunds will be honored if received after this date.
Cancellation of Post-symposium Tour: For cancellations received before Novenber 10, 2008, CNY600.00 administrative fee will be deducted; for cancellations received before November 19, 2008, CNY1000.00 will be deducted; for cancellations received before November 26, 2008, half of the tour cost will be deducted; no refunds for later cancellations.
Cancellation of Local Tours: Full refund for cancellations received two days before the tour; CNY50.00 deduction for cancellations received one day before the tour; no refund for cancellations on the tour day or later.
