About 4th ISFMFE
The Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics (CSET) is a well-established engineering society devoted to theoretical and applied research in the thermal and fluid sciences. It was first founded by the late Dr. C.H. Wu, well-known leader in the field of turbomachinery. The CSET organized the First, the Second and the Third International Symposium on Fluid Machinery and Fluid Engineering, in 1996, in 2000 and in 2004 successfully. Fluid machinery is a kind of widely used machines and has a great action to all fields of the national economy. The purpose of the Fourth Symposium is the same as before, to provide a common forum for exchange of scientific and technical information worldwide on fluid machinery and fluid engineering for scientist and engineers. The main subject of this symposium is ˇ°Fluid Machinery for Energy Savingˇ±. There is the "Mei's lecture" in the symposium to make reports on the development and the new research area of fluid machinery.
