Format
All abstracts
should be electronically typed on letter-sized or A4 paper with Microsoft
Word or Corel WordPerfect on Windows. The margins should be so set that
the text area (for title, author, affiliation, abstract, body text,
etc.) is 17.5 cm wide and 24.5 cm high. The paragraphs should be justified
and not indented.
All
contents should be in Times New Roman or similar fonts, and set in the
following order:
Title: 13 pt font size, bold, capitalize all letters, centered. It would
be best to condense the heading within two lines.
Author(s):
11 pt font size, centered. Underline the presenting author. Put the
name in the order of full first name, middle initial if any, and full
surname. If there are more than one author, separate the authors by
comma, and use "and" instead of "&" before the
name of the last author; also, place a superscript number after each
author to indicate the affiliation.
Affiliation/address: 9 pt font size, italic, centered. Type affiliation,
street address if necessary, city, zip code, country and e-mail address.
If there are more than one affiliation, separate the affiliations by
semicolon, and list the affiliations consecutively. Use a number before
an affiliation to refer to the respective author. Try to use abbreviations
to shorten the affiliations, such as "dept." for "department",
"inst." for "institute".
Body text:
10 pt font size, justified. Set in one column. Use the metric system
for measurements. Do not include tables, figures and illustrations.

and e-mail addresses
Rich-text
format (.rtf extension) is acceptable, but plain text (.txt extension)
files are discouraged. If special characters are used, two printed copies
should be sent as well just in case of erroneous showing of these characters
due to different language sets used on computer.
