All the payment must be in US dollars and payable by the following ways:
Credit Card
Only Master Card, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It is billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuation in exchange rates. Besides, the amount to be paid by credit card should be increased by 4% for bank charges. The follow information is necessary: a copy of credit card for both side, name of card, card number, expiry date, your signature and date.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation must be made by writing to the IWMDMOCP secretariat.
Refund of the registration fee is possible under the following conditions.
- Cancellation letters received before September 15, 2006: 90 % of the paid fee will be refunded £»
- Cancellation letters received on or after September 15, 2006: 70 % of the paid fee will be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the symposium.
