Hotel Accommodation
Delegates will stay in Building No. 2, 4 and 1 of the Friendship Hotel.
The Friendship Hotel, neighboring the famous scenic spot - the Summer Palace， was built in 1954. It is one of the largest garden-style hotels in Asia with a style of classic elegance. The hotel buildings with traditional features are neatly arranged into an elegant harmonious courtyard. The courtyard is neat, spacious and attractive.
Installed with the advanced equipments and all the necessary fittings, the hotel has 1900 different kinds of suites, singles, office rooms, apartments and Chinese and western style deluxe suits. There are 26 restaurants and banquet rooms in different sizes serving both Chinese and western style food.
The hotel has meeting rooms in different sizes, function halls and a large lecture hall with the facilities of simultaneous translation into 5 languages. Conventions and entertainments can be arranged.
There are stores, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, disco, sauna, bars, billiard room, fitness center and other recreational facilities in the hotel.
Guests are accommodated in single bedrooms that are carpeted, heated in winter and air conditioned in summer and contain a bathroom, equipped with TV set and refrigerator. During the conference, all participants will stay and have their meals in No. 2, 4 and 1 Building of the Friendship Hotel.

(2). Meals
Meals will be arranged by the Conference Secretariat during the Conference (October 24-27). The total price is US$45(three dinners). Since it is very difficult to reserve a moderate priced room in the hotel during October, you are advised to make reservation and pay the reservation fee to the Conference Secretariat before August 31, 2006 or as early as possible.

Before August 31, 2006. To guarantee room reservation, deposit of one night room rate together with the registration fee is required. Any change made to the reservation prior to arrival must be communicated to CICCST, but not to the hotel.
